Delivery & Returns
Delivery:
It will take 2-3 days to process your order. The orders will be dispatched once payment is received as clear funds.
Orders are sent via Australia Post and should be received within 5 Business Days. Delivery schedule can vary based on your location.
Returns:
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, however, if your product has been damaged in transit, we ask that you please contact us at: omisdecor@gmail.com and provide a photograph of the product, so that we may assess it.
If you are unhappy with your choice of scent, please get in touch with us ASAP. Returns must be made within 7 working days from receipt of goods. Candles must be unused, and in original packaging. You must pay all costs of returning products to us.
Dried Floral Arrangements:
As our dried floral arrangements are made to order, they cannot be returned.
If there is an issue with your order you have received - please notify us and send through photos via email within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any claim after this period will not be valid.
Dried flowers are real, natural flowers and are prone to blemishes and imperfections. We are unable to provide a refund due to slight defects (such as slight cracks, marks, etc).
We do not provide returns or refunds for a 'change of mind' OR if the arrangement is smaller or bigger than expected.
Dried flowers are prone to shedding. This is unavoidable but can be managed if handled carefully. We are unable to provide any compensation for shedding of flower petals or if they fall out during transit.
