It will take 2-3 days to process your order. The orders will be dispatched once payment is received as clear funds.
Orders are sent via Australia Post and should be received within 5 Business Days. Delivery schedule can vary based on your location.
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, however, if your product has been damaged in transit, we ask that you please contact us at: email@example.com and provide a photograph of the product, so that we may assess it.
If you are unhappy with your choice of scent, please get in touch with us ASAP. Returns must be made within 7 working days from receipt of goods. Candles must be unused, and in original packaging. You must pay all costs of returning products to us.
As our dried floral arrangements are made to order, they cannot be returned.
